Sony revela su casa nueva y potente consola de NGP (Next Generation Portable), impulsado por los gráficos. Siguiente Generación portátil o abreviado como NGP es el siguiente última consola portátil de juegos con características más interesantes. NGP es la nueva consola portátil con dos joysticks analógicos pulgar e imponente de 50 pulgadas OLED (Organic Light Emitting Display) la pantalla multitáctil de alta definición con aprox. 16 millones de colores. Se parece a una PSP y muchos lo llamaron PSP2 pero no es un PSP2. En contraste, el iPhone de Apple 4 y parece ser más fácil usuarios.
A diferencia de Nintendo 3DS, Sony NGP no ofrece tres puntos de vista las dimensiones, pero tiene dos pantallas táctiles es decir, Multi-touch de luz orgánicos emisores de 5 pulgadas de visualización como la pantalla frontal y plataforma multi-táctil en la parte posterior. Sony afirma que la superficie táctil en la parte posterior permitirá a los jugadores interactuar directamente con los juegos en tres dimensiones. La siguiente característica que ofrece es una cámara de doble en el frente y la otra en la parte posterior. Otra de las características de la NGP es Wi-Fi de la consola como PSP de Sony, pero agregó 3G y GPS incorporado es decir, tecnologías de localización de seguimiento. Así pues, ahora los jugadores pueden conectarse a la red fuera de los puntos de acceso también con esta característica. Uno más característica es la duración de la batería, lo que NGP preparado por la pantalla OLED es así, debe ayudar a mantener la vida de la batería de alta. Otra cosa buena en NGP es que no tiene disco UMD y eso es muy bien porque el UMD unidad tiende a ser ensordecedor y también agrega carga a la unidad.
