Microsoft received my Xbox to repair the 3 red light problem today. How much longer do I wait now?
I’ve had to send my 360 in twice. The first time i got it back in about 2 weeks. Right now it’s in the repair center and it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks. I’ve called in and they’ve told me 5 days, which i very much doubt. If you want an update on the repair status call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and eventually say “Xbox Repair Status” to the automated response. You’ll talk to a real person after a 5-10 min wait, and they’ll probably be located in some remote part of India so be patient. This whole repair process is annoying and frustrating as heL and i really think that Microsoft should have taken their time more instead of coming out with a defective (but kickass) product.
